Location, Location, Location.....


Labeled "The busiest corner in Southwest Virginia" the intersection of Old Jonesboro Road and West Main Street where Stone Mill Village is located, has an annual average daily traffic count of 24,000. This, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation Traffic Engineering Divisions 2006 Annual Daily Traffic Volume Estimates.


We are also directly across from Virginia Highlands Community College. The college has over 3400 students and faculty and is also the site of a planned Artisan Center that is expected to draw 270,000 annual visitors and have a $28 million dollar estimated economic impact.
